Outlash Brand (Nigeria) Return & Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS - STORE CREDIT ONLY
At Outlash Brand Nigeria, we currently do not offer refunds. Items can only be returned for store credit, which can be used to make a new purchase.
Return Policy
If your purchased item is damaged, defective or doesnt fit, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Returns must be approved by our team before processing. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and the cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return the item for store credit, which can be used to purchase another product.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

All sale items, gift cards, and items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

Shipping and Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 1-7 business days. During high-demand periods (e.g., sales events, holidays), processing may take longer. Up to 5-10 business days.

Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and the store credit has been issued. Store credit will only be redeemable only on outlashbrandng.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
