Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Shipping charges and delivery timeline for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. After processing, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that this timeline does not apply during sales events or new launches, which may require an additional 7-10 days for delivery.
All orders take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during sales and promotions orders may take an additional time to process (see below).
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. For additional information regarding our return policy please visit our return policy page.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
LAGOS ORDERS
All orders within Lagos are shipped by our dedicated riders and GIG logistics, Delivery timeline is calculated and shown to YOU at checkout
OUTSIDE LAGOS ORDERS
All orders within Lagos are shipped by DHL, Guo Logistics and GIG logistics within (3-5 Working days)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not ship internationally from our Nigerian branch. To place an international order, please visit www.outlashbrand.com.

ORDER DELAYS
OUTLASH BRAND is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information provided. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact OUTLASH BRAND within 7 days. All issues must be resolved within 7 working days of original contact.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. OUTLASH BRAND is not liable for any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. OUTLASH BRAND has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back.
